Pay on pickup

You are of course very welcome to pick up your order and then pay the payment immediately. This can be done by debit card, payment request or cash. Collection is only possible after making an appointment.

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason.

You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods. These costs may vary depending on the country and carrier.

If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered, we will cover the return costs.

hdrawal, you will receive a full refund of the purchase price, including the original shipping costs. The refund will be processed after we have received the returned goods in good condition.

Custom-made products, such as displays and batteries, are excluded from returns.
